Avo Toast Blend



Avocado Toast with a twist...so good and never gets old!

Avo toast has become a staple for breakfast in restaurants and homes alike. Here is my rendition.

In my version, I topped the avocado toast with Wildbrine's probiotic raw & fermented red beet and cabbage organic kraut. This added a nutritional benefit to the already nutrient enriched meal.


Ingredients:

- 2 pieces gluten free bread

- 1/2 of avocado

- 1/2 cup fermented red beet sauerkraut

- 1/4 cup cauliflower

- 1/4 broccoli

- choice of seasoning


Details:

- Toast your bread until crispy

- place a half of the 1/2 avocado on each slice on bread

- add seasonings of your choice ( I did cayenne pepper, salt, and crushed pepper )

- Air fry cauliflower and broccoli on 415 for 10-15 mins

FYI: if you do not have cauliflower or broccoli, you can substitute for any other veggies

- Split the sauerkraut on the avocado toast and serve with vegetables
