Banana Oat Muffins

Here is the recipe for the healthiest and best banana muffins ever!

Makes 6 muffins

Mash in a bowl

- 2 small bananas

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Blend ( in blender )

- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats

- 1/2 cup Gluten Free Flour

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp salt

Mix in all ingredients

Add as many chocolate chips as you would like or none at all

Optional: Add one scoop vanilla protein powder for extra nutrition

Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins

Check on the muffins regularly
