Great meal that is super filling and almost tastes exactly like chipotle!
Base:
- Cook 1 cup brown rice to 2 cups of water and season with cilantro, salt, and pepper
- Heat up beans, I get mine from @thrivemarket
Add ins:
- Corn
- Airfry broccoli @415 for 10 mins/ until crispy
- Red onion
Guac Recipe:
- thinly cut 1/2 small tomato
- mash whole avocado
- add half of a lemon squeezed
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- sprinkle of salt & pepper
Plate everything together on a bowl and enjoy your chipotle inspired dish!
