This special recipe for peanut bars and it is a no bake recipe!
I am just going to get right into how to make these:
For the base you mix 1/4 cup of cashews ( can sub for another nut ), 1/4 cup of pb, 1/4 cup cacao powder, 1 cup coconut flakes, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup coconut oil in a blender. add parchment paper to a pan/container and add the mixture in.
Put in freezer for 5-10 mins and begin making the second layer.
The second layer consists of 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1/4 melted coconut oil whisked together.
Pour over second layer to the base and freeze until the third layer is done. In another bowl melt 1/2 cup of @hukitchen chocolate gems and 1 tsp of coconut oil.
Add the third layer on top and leave in the freezer for 40 mins
Store in fridge for up to 1 week or 2 months in freezer
