Protein Veggie Bowl

This recipe will give you your carbohydrates, protein and most of all, satisfy you!

- 1/2 can of chickpeas

- 1 cup cubed sweet potatoes

- 1/2 cup asparagus

- 1/2 cup spinach

Veggie Bowl Dressing

- 1 tbsp peanut butter

- 1 tbsp gluten free soy sauce

- 1 tsp or half of maple syrup ( depends how sweet you want it )

- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

- splash of oil

- add salt and pepper

Start off air frying or baking your sweet potatoes at 415 degrees until golden. Then roast the chickpeas in the oven at 350 for 5 to 10 mins until toasted. Sauté your asparagus and spinach until fully cooked.

Plate in a bowl all together and enjoy!
